- pj's with manufacturing defaults
- after waiting for 2 weeks and calling the customer service, I was told my order was not in stock and would take at least another month to arrive. Upon my question why I was not informed about that, I was told that "our system doesn't allow us to do that". So basically when you orderm you never know when you will get your order: it might be a week or a month or more
- every order so far (I have made three) had something going wrong: 1. pj's with manufacturing default 2. not in stock - still waiting for it to arrive- I was told it's on a boat coming from China ! 3. I received the wrong pj's - instead of the kisses I received skulls. Upon complaining the customer service basically told me I could only get the right order after sending in the wrong pj's. Result: lots of hasle and paying for shipping costs for another mistake made by jumpin jammerz. I insisted this was ridiculous but upon checking with the owner, I was told by the customer service that this was the only way.
It is clear that this business is managed poorly. Reading other customers reviews it is clear that they all have similar experiences. Conclusion: DO NOT ORDER WITH JUMPIN JAMMERZ ! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE 1294bb0

If you do decide to still order from this site, be carefull with the sizing because the large I ordered would have still been big for someone thats 7 feet tall. Then if you want to return for an exchange, its going to cost you about $23. |

They were HUGE (5'8 female, 160 lb, and they fit my 6'10 250 lb boyfriend!). When I called to get a refund, they said it was passed 30 days - no change in purchase time due to holidays, or the fact that they were delayed from delivery date in the first place! When I sent in to exchange them for a smaller size, they sent me back a different style (no hood). Customer services said I can pay shipping and handling again and exchange them, plus pay the $5 upgrade fee to get the hooded pajamas. $60+ pajamas, with $20 shipping charges to exchanges, and I can pay another $25 (with the upgrade fee) to exchange them again. Horrible! |

The site automatically upgrades to expedited shipping if you change your choice..I paid 60 for overnight and it took 3 days. I am in CA and they are in AZ. Regular shipping took 2 days. I had to return 2 pairs due to holes left on the side. 2 Pairs for them not shipping what I ordered. Yes they charged me restocking after Steve Pandi (owner) stated the company would not since I spent over 1K in the past year. One order purchased 9 pair, returned 2, they kept the 25 $ that was supposed to go towards purchase 3 save 24 on the 4th. Will NEVER do business with Steve or Tom Pandi's family run business again. |

I had to call 15 times and leave 5 messages (none of which were ever returned) to FINALLY get my refund it took almost an ENTIRE month. I'd write a more articulate and detailed account of all the issues but i'm too angry!!!! |

My husband fell sucker to this and ordered several pairs for my daughter and myself. Yes, they are cute . . .but they don't stock petite sizes so we tried to return them . . . tried . . .key word here! We kept getting dumped into a mailbox that said it was full! A week and a half later someone finally answered the phone . . .you only have 14 days to let them know you want to do a return! Then you have to pay shipping to send them back AND they charge you a $7.00 re-stocking fee for each pair you send back. PLEASE!!!! This company may have a cute product but the business itself is a SCAM! |

Finally got through on the phone and was told the girl you was in charge of my order quit during the holidays. No apologies, no offer to compensate for bad business. Your employee quitting should not affect my order. We finally asked for our money back. They told us there is a $7 restocking fee. I refuse to pay for something to be restocked when it was never removed from their stock. We asked to speak to manager, but he/she is always mysteriously busy. I've been trying to call all day during their business hours, and there is no answer. I've never been this angry with a company before now. |

I ordered JJs for my stepdaughter and received them just fine, but they're HUGE and I need to exchange them. I'm having the same problem: can't get through to anyone. Their vm box is full, a human won't answer the phone, emails are not replied to. A great product, but a really crappy company. |

I have been trying to call them all week. No one answers, only vm and boxes are full. I have emailed to no avail! I think it's time to notify the attorney generals office. Time for an investigation. |
