It doesn't matter what you order. I ordered bear jammerz for my wife. First, they took a long time to ship, then they sent me the completely wrong merchandise, Ducks!. I tried contacting them numerous times, and either their mailbox was full, or if I was able to leave a message, they never got back to me.

Finally, I had to call my credit card company, but they made me pay to return the jammerz which were not the ones I ordered, so that they can have a tracking number to prove they were returned. Do NOT waste your time or good money with these guys! 1294dd6

A business like this needs to go out of business. Unfortunately, I ended up having to eat the shipping costs as my credit card company could not reimburse. I do not recall what name they bill to through the credit card company.

I too have been having 2nd thoughts about my order with jumpinjammerz since I haven't even gotten a confirmation e-mail and nobody's responding to my mail. Could you tell me what exact company name they use to bill my card so I can inform my credit card company in advance?
