It took 3 weeks of multiple daily phone calls to finally get through to this crap company. I got a man named Will. He was very sorry there was a glitch in thier system around Christmas and some orders did not get shipped. Funny though, credit cards got processed. I inquired as to why there were no replys to multiple phone messages, and emails. Simply...they are too busy catching up from the Christmas rush. They did not anticipate being so busy and fell behind. BULLSHIT! My order is supposedly being shipped overnight. The order I placed on 11/28! 1294e0b
