I ordered a pair of ducky pj's for my daughter who is moving to Japan. The company promptly charged my credit card; however, despite their' 48 hour ship' claims, did not ship them for almost a week. Because I did not notice that a size is automatically on the site (and I didn't think about it) we got a size X-Small (my bad). Needless to say, the X-Small almost fit even though my daughter wears a size 14. I called and called to get a
return authorization number. Most of the time the company voice-mail was full and I could not leave a message. I also sent e-mails. I finally received a RA #. Now, because the company REQUIRES that returns are within 14 days (or will not be accepted) and 'recommends' that returns are insured/signature, it cost me $19.63 to ship the pj's back. I tracked the pj's through their journey back to the company which took about 4 days. The company promptly charged my credit card $7 return fee". Despite their claims that orders are shipped within 48 hours, after 10 days I was still trying to get information regarding when the replacement pj's (size M) would be shipped/. I finally sent an e-mail stating that I was going to dispute the charges on my credit card if I did not hear from them within 24 hours?. I finally received an e-mail that they had been shipped and a tracking number|. Needless to say, the size M is hugh on my daughter but we decided it would be better to have them a little to big than too small (better for lounging)?. The first time my daughter TRIED THEM ON much less wore them, her finger WENT THROUGH THE MATERIAL OF THE POCKET (NOT THE
SEAM),. In addition, the 'footies' do NOT have any thing on the bottom of them to make them non-skid". After spending almost $100 in initial cost of the product, return and restocking fees, I am not about to try and return this pair even if they are defective?. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... Their product is inferior and their consumer service is practically NON-EXISTANT. 1294e36
