I ordered 4 pajamas for Christmas on the 14th of December. The website suggested 3-day shipping ( a lot of extra money) in order to get it by Christmas". I never received a confirmation email, and after a week still have not received the pajamas/. After repeatedly trying to contact customer service with about 15 calls (was met by a full voicemail, endless ringing, or a Verizon error message) and an email, I did some online research to see if I had been scammed?. After reading what issues others have gone through I went to pajama city|.com and ordered replacement pjs, I instantly got an email with my order information, and 2 hours later I received an email that my order has shipped?. I tracked it via ups and it will arrive today.. I called my credit card company and had them stop payment towards jumpin jammerz,.

It's too bad that the most popular website and company for these novelty pajamas has so many issues:. Bad bad bad! Take your business somewhere else and save yourself the headache. 1294ea6
