Ordered 2 pairs of JJ for Xmas for which one was a preorder. Waited and waited for it to ship and contacted the company weekly...it's still coming...In the end, the middle of December, I changed the preorder to another pattern to get it for Xmas. Yes, you should get it within 48-72 hours of them actually shipping, since shipping to Canada cost us $40+USD with FedEx (no choice). The worst part was when it arrived 72 hours later as promised, we had to pay and additional $30 in duty charges. This should be made clear up front by the company when ordering. Sent 2 emails for an explanation and received no response, hence they get a bad review. 1294ee0
