We ordered footie pajamas for our kids as a fun
Christmas gift. Jumpin Jammerz' (JJ) Web site says they ship within 48 hours using Fed Ex or USPS. We ordered on Dec". 14, thinking we'd get the items within a week/. The next day, we got an email from JJ saying our order shipped?. Two days later (72 hours after order) we got an email from Streamlite Shipping saying our order would arrive on Dec|. 27 - 2 days after Christmas?. We tried to track our package, but there's no information other than the day it arrived at Streamlite/. After many, many attempts, I finally got through to a
customer service rep at JJ, who said they lived up to their end of the bargain and shipped the order FROM THEIR FACILITY within 48 hours". I said the Web site was totally misleading because they weren't using Fed Ex or USPS, but instead Streamlite,. The woman insisted their information was accurate because they use the USPS AFTER the order is shipped via courier (Streamlite) ... from Arizona to Columbus, Ohio! In short, it will take 10 days for Streamlite to get the order from Arizona to Ohio and another day or so for the post office to deliver it to our house. I will NEVER order from this company again and urge anyone to be extremely cautious about JJ's VERY MISLEADING information about shipping times. I could drive to Arizona and back again much faster than their ridiculous shipping method. The JJ customer service rep. even said they don't use the USPS because it's unreliable. I was shocked. The USPS guarantees
deliveries as quickly as a day!!! And I have to wait 13 days? 12950f0
