I am so beyond pissed at this place! I want to tell the world how bad they suck and to NOT order from them EVER. If it were just a lazy, hate their job, doing their homework rep in customer service...ok, whatever, not worth all the effort of telling how bad they suck. Here goes.....I watched the Ellen Show and that's where I heard about it and they were saying how comfy they were and how awesome they were SOOO I had "bookmarked" it on my computer "just in case one day" ..... well I had no clue what to get for my Dad for Christmas SO I thought these would be perfect, he would love it!! I seen they had a "100% Guarantee" and "Ships within 48 hours" and "100% Customer Satisfaction" so I thought, this seems legit, even Ellen endorsed them so we're good, right? NO! They said to order by the 15th using regular shipping and it would be here by Christmas, I ordered it on the 14th and it didn't even ship till the 21st, THEN they use snail mail to ship it (called Sreamlite) and the last update was it arrived in OHIO (i'm in Indy) on Tuesday the 21st and nothing since. I've email them, never heard back, called them during their very short business hours and the 15 year old girl that answered said we can't control the weather and it's too bad....(THERE'S NOTHING GOING ON IN THE WEATHER DEPT????) So I left a couple of comments on their FB page and they not only immediately deleted them they also "unfriended" me..A CUSTOMER!!! Hello, mcfly, really!?! So I was set on returning it once I actually do receive it and read where someone else said they have a re-stocking fee!?! I def don't want to give them any more money. So, here I am, telling as many people as possible. You shouldn't be able to run a business like this. 129514a

I too have been having 2nd thoughts about my order with jumpinjammerz since I haven't even gotten a confirmation e-mail and nobody's responding to my mail. Could you tell me what exact company name they use to bill my card so I can inform my credit card company in advance?
