We placed an order November 15, 2011 and were expecting to receive it within the 5 - 7 business days that it says on the website. After not receiving any goods or notifications up until December 8, 2011 we decided to call. We tried about 20 times and left msgs and still nothing back. Finally I got through and asked where my order was, and the response was " ..because there are some pre-order items we will ship at sometime this month, but can not tell you when .." When I asked why we weren't notified about this, the response was that it is because we ordered online. Yeah..exactly. They have my email and contact number in their system, but chose not to contact me. They had no problem charging my credit card as soon as I ordered though. Must be nice to run a business where you can charge people money but don't have to do anything in return. I have cancelled my order and have been told that the money will be back in 72 hours, so we'll see if that happens. I have dealt with a lot of companies, but this by far has been the worst experience with ordering something. 1294f17

@Anonymous December 22nd. You clearly work at jumpin jammerz or own it. Its strange that everyone has the same complaint about having money taken out and not getting anything delivered. The website has poor information and the customer service is weak. The communication to potential customers is horrible. Instead of trying to make an excuse or explain why something wasn't delivered ..you should be more focused on trying to fix the company issues. The comment on December 20th should be enough to warn anyone not to buy from this company. You'll notice other companies who respond to bad complaints usually have some way that they are going to try to improve. Read the rest of the reviews on delivery, ordering and customer service and you'll see.

I made a purchase on Dec 6th for a gift for my girlfriend, I did not receive a order conformation email from them, which I found strange. I waited two weeks to see if they would contact me at all and send me anything; i.e. a thank you email, a tracking number, a "your order has been shipped, but no, they did not contact me at all. So I check my bank statement and sure enough they charged my account on Dec 7th. So I emailed them, and waited a few days and still did not receive any response, so I emailed them again and began to call their customer service number... no one ever answered. A few time the machine told me that the VM box was full! I left a few messages and no one ever called me back either. I find this unacceptable, I completely agree with the review above, this company basically stole my money. I called my bank yesterday and reported them, the bank returned my money. I am very disappointed, their products looked great, too bad they dont know how to run a business.... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT WEBSITE.

Its always smart to read the policies when placing an order or to make sure what your ordering is not BACK ORDER
