I certainly wish I had read these reviews BEFORE buying from Jumpin Jammerz...it would have saved me from all this anger and high blood pressure. Their voice mail is absurd...they never called back. The human was an answering service...put me on hold for 20 minutes then transferred me to voice mail...again. What a disreputable company. I have withheld payment of the wrong item shipped and did not return the "Monkey suit"...because I can't talk to their "customer support team". I also filed a case against them with the BBB. And did anyone else notice no paper trail??? No packing slip, no email confirmation, no receipt, Hmmmm. 129517d
