I placed an order with Jumpin
Jammerz for a small, drop down seat pair of
pajamas. When the order arrived a week later they were three sizes too big and did not have the drop down seat. They made me pay to ship them back and informed me that I would have to pay to have the correct order shipped to me (this was of course via
email). I wrote a letter telling them that I would not pay to have the correct order shipped to me and that I want to be refunded the shipping I paid to send the incorrect order back. After about 5 days I called to check status. They said my order was shipping the next day, that they would refund the
shipping cost and that they would email me with the tracking information. None of the following has happened a week later. Do not order from this company! 129519f
