I ordered a product for halloween, to make sure it got to my house on time I called and had my shipping changed to 3 day paying the premium rate on it.
They charged for the 3 day delivery, but did not send it three day.
I also never received an email confirmation at any point in the process, whoever is running this company has their heads up their ***.
Decent products, terribly run company. I would NOT suggest ordering from them.
