Not only is customer service poor since before Christmas. It doesn't even exist. I tried 4 different departments all mail boxes are full since many days before Christmas. Once I was able to leave a message in their general mailbox to ask a question regarding size".Ten days later, I'm still waiting for a response/. I suggest everyone call BBB and Consumer Protection of the state in which this company is registered?. This company has no conscience|. Their hours of operation are terrible!.

I ordered 4 JumpinJammerz.com pajamas for myself, my husband and kids for Christmas and I didn't have any issues with them. We love them and I was just going to order more when I saw these posts. To me this sounds like a competitor or something, because my experience was perfect.
