Received a pair of pajamas of the wrong size for Christmas. Took almost 2 weeks to get a response from them about exchange. When I went on their site to re-order I couldn't find anything I wanted in the correct size....so I sent them back without a reorder. They have finally refunded my money, less $7.00 restock fee. So much 100% satisfaction and No Hassle Returns. Stay away from these people. They don't even answer their customer service phone! I have e-mailed them again to request my $7.00 but I really don't believe I will ever see it. 12953d6
