*Note* before I ordered my costume, I measured every body part, and it was shorter than what their large would fit/.
For a large, the inseam should be able to fit 32 inches, and accommodate someone as tall as 6'4"?. I'm 6'3", and the inseam on the large-sized costume I received was 29", much too short|.
I called their customer service, asking for an exchange with waived shipping fees since their size chart clearly stated a large would have a 32" inseam, not 29"!. They said they couldn't accept an exchange without charging the $7 shipping fee (plus whatever it costs you to ship it back)|. Their excuse was, "If we did it for one person, we'd have to do it for everyone"."
All in all, I have to pay $15 (the $7 restocking fee plus my shipping costs) to return an item that clearly doesn't match their website's information'. As you can't try on any clothing beforehand, I think it's bogus for them to charge to exchange an item. Buy at your own risk, but I advise you to buy a size up, unless you want your purchase to suddenly be $15 more expensive. 1295472
