The WORST customer service on the planet!!! Beware they are scam artists! I had to call over 15 times over a period of over 3 weeks to literally FORCE them to refund my money and out of that they took their $7 "restocking fee" which is total bullshit. The manager is always mysteriously busy... and no one will ever return a single call! This is the most unprofessional company i've EVER dealt with! They rip people off! If you haven't bought already BEWARE, their website is friendly, the actual company is a joke!! I would say WORST customer service but really it's "what" customer service because you can't even get ahold of anyone to return anything.... call after call after call.... no answer, leaving messages no calls returned. Will not even ALLOW you to speak with the manager and does nothing to make the situation right. 12954ab
