When I placed an order two weeks later, this was not the case/. My card was charged two days after my order was placed, which is just fine since I placed my order over the weekend". My order did not ship for ten more days,. The website showed that both sets of footed p.j.'s I ordered were in stock. When I called to find out why the order I placed and was charged for had not shipped, I was told that an item I ordered was not in stock but it would be the next day. Two days after that, the order finally shipped. Jumpin Jammerz gives the shipping options of two and three day select through Fed Ex. I opted for three day, and the shipping took five days. I feel like I was roped into paying out more cash for slow service. There are other places out there that offer footed p.j.'s. The next time I want this childish indulgence, I will utilize one of the other websites. 12954d8

Written by nuttycow on December 12, 2011 from truro, england, UK ordered a hooded onesie for my daughter as a christmas present, it came as promised on the estimated date but it was the wrong one (it wasn't a hoodie) I have rang the only number available (which is costly from the UK as it's not 'toll-free' & due to the time difference, I can only ring late evening our time) and left my number three times and I have also emailed them. My daughter said it didn't matter and she'd have what was sent (she only knows one of her presents is wrong, not what it is) but I want her to have the one I ordered, I don't want her to 'make do' with something that isn't my fault... even if I do manage to get an answer via their customer service, I doubt the right onesie will be here in time! I ordered a pair of pjs for a birthday gift and when they arrived with a huge stain I was informed the only way to get a new pair is to pay for shipping back to their warehouse and wait up to 2 weeks for a replacement pair if it was even in stock. I ended up buying another pair from someone else. Hope this helps... |

Apparently, the set I ordered was from the "clearance" section, I called and spoke with a rep who informed me that they won't exchange them under any circumstances. Being a very reasonable person, I explained that I would be happy to pay for shipping both ways (it was my fault after all)and the re-stocking fee, etc. Completely unreasonable, if you order from this company, don't make any mistakes. |

I asked them to cancel my order if that was the case because it's a birthday gift that I need in 2 weeks, mind you, I ordered this 2 weeks ago (so, yes, that would be me waiting over a month for a $50 pair of pajamas), and they refused to cancel the order. If these pajamas are not in perfect condition, I'm going to be very upset and will be forced to report them to the better business bureau. I'm very upset with the lack of customer satisfaction they are offering. I asked if in redemption for my 5 or longer weeks of waiting if they would waive the shipping and handling fee and change it to over night shipping (high hopes, I know), they completely ignored me saying that at all. Though, I feel since I was promised this product within 5-7 days, and I'm waiting longer than 30 days, they should do something to make me a happy customer. Did not receive one apology either. I have nothing more to say than how disappointed I am with this business, and that they will never receive my business again. |
