We also had a bad experience with these guys. My wife wanted to get my son a pair of pajamas but wasnt sure of the size. They told us we could return a pair bought as a gift after Christmas if the didn't fit for a restocking fee. Of course, afterwards endless waits on hold which end up getting a phone message that the mailbox is full. We made many calls most of which were never answered. Avoid these guys like the plague. The product isnt that good and God help you if there are any problems. Nuff siad 1295540
