I ordered two pair of adult footie pajamas for Christmas on December 11, 2011, with a promise of receipt before Christmas. The website says orders ship within 48 hours. Every time I call, it either rings a dozen times then goes to a busy signal; or it rings, a voice prompt gives five different options to select, and all of those, when selected, say "this mailbox is full". When I use the 'check order status' link, it says shipping is 'pending' and will not tell me the date of shipment. I have emailed customer service, and left a note on their Facebook page as well; no reply. I've been scammed out of $145 dollars and I am really, really angry about this. I will post an update if I ever get these pajamas or hear from these people, but I'm pretty sure I'm out the money. 12955a9

Also, I put a note on their facebook site, as a comment under three other people's remarks that they were having difficulties reaching the company, hoping to have their pajamas by Xmas etc, and today, my comment has been deleted and it's no longer possible for me to post a comment on their wall. THANKS.
