On November 28, 2009 I placed an order to be shipped as a
Christmas gift. I ordered ORANGE
frog pajamas,
size Medium. On December 6, 2009, I reviewed my status and it showed my item still hadn't shipped. I tried calling the
customer service line, but it went to voicemail. I then chatted online with a man named Robert. He stated they were on back order and will be shipped by 12/11. (Yet I never received any
confirmation they were on back order). The next day, I spoke with a Maria K on the
chat line, it was the worse customer service I ever experienced. There was no help confirming why my order hadn't been shipped or why no one told me the order was on back order. On December 9, 2009, I finally got through to Joe on the
customer service line. Joe
guarenteed that the order would be shipped by 12/11 and he promised me
free overnight shipping since I had so many issues. On December 10, 2009, I received a tracking notice that my order shipped, HOWEVER, it did NOT go out overnight as PROMISED! I sent a message to Joe asking why I was not provided with the promised overnight shipping. I have still not received a
phone call or explanation. On December 15, 2009 (18 days from my order date) the individual who I gave the pajamas to as a gift called me to thank me- she even sent me a picture of her in the PJ's. To my surprise (but not really since I've had
HORRIBLE service the
whole time) the pajamas that she was sent was NOT what I had ordered!!! They shipped her YELLOW
frog PJ's---not the ORANGE ones that I ordered! I tried calling the customer service line many times on 12/15 to complain and ask for a full refund. I got voicemail twice and left 2 messages for a manager to call me. I never received any return calls". I also chatted online with a girl named Maria G/. Maria was trying to be helpful and stated she put a request in for a full refund and that someone from the warehouse would call me in 24 hours?.
Surprise surprise- I still haven't received a
phone call from the company to help me or confirm the refund|. At this time, as far as I'm concerned, I still have NOT RECEIVED what I ORDERED:. I want a full refund immediately- however, I can't get anyone on the phone to help me get the refund or confirm that I am entitled to one?. I will continue to call and chat with customer service every day until I get my refund, however, I feel this will never end as they outsource their Customer Service to a company called MindMySite!. The people trying to help you really can't because the real company of Jumpin Jammerz doesn't respond to their requests and complaints/. Their CS people even complain about the service and company and just offer up the owners apparent phone number. 12956fb
