I was never called. They have not responded. Pay pal refunded my money.

My order has not shipped. The purchase order says 2 to 5 days it has been 10 days and my order has not shipped yet. Please sent a customer contact number. I feel like I should be reimburse the shipping cost. At this point I dont know if this is a legitimate company they have taken my money and I havent heard a word from them yet or got my order. I have sent several emails and have not got an answer and have tried to call them with no success

Great Products, Awful Customer Service

I want to start off my saying this company makes AMAZING onesies. I ordered a deadmau5 onesie from Jumpin via their Amazon store in January 2020, and I love the thing. It's a quality onesie. The problem here isn't with the companies products, it's with their practically non-existent customer service. Not long after I bought the deadmau5 onesie, I emailed them asking them what happened to their licensed onesies and if any Batman onesies were left over because I wanted to buy one. I got a response from them the next day saying their licensed onesies didn't sell well and wouldn't be making anymore. They also told me they were checking to see if they had any Batman onesies were left and they'd let me know in 48 hours if any were found. Then 48 hours passed, no response. I sent another email asking if they'd found any. No response. Then a week passed and still no response. I tried contacting them through their Amazon store (which is no longer up), where I did finally get a response, asking my what size I was looking for with the Batman onesie. I responded back with my desired size. Radio silence once again after that. Then a month passed. Now a year has passed. Still no response. I've sent several emails to them over the course of 2020 asking them what was going on and not a single response to any of them. After giving up on the Batman quest, I simply decided to just get another onesie from their store and I did. The problem is shortly after I bought the onesie, I got an automated email from Jumpin saying my item wasn't available and placed on back order, despite the site saying the item was. I sent an email back asking when the item would be back in stock and when I should expect to get back but, as you might've figured, still no response. It's been two months since the order and still no update on the onesie, and I'm currently disputing the payment with PayPal. I'm hoping to amicably resolve the situation but at this point, I'm not expecting a response back.

Zipper is dangerous

Very sharp cant zip it up because it cuts my neck the metal material the company uses is not appropriate for wear next to the skin.

No status update from supplier and no response to emails. Use of pissed consumer a waste of time as this service only wanted to solicit me for other offerings. My call to the target was never completed. I tried again with a separate email and now pissed consumer gets .e to a prompt that the target number cannot be reached from my calling area. Waste of time.

Customer service number is out of order but was able to contact them through email. Beautiful items were sent to me.

After trying to contact the company through the customer service number provided on the website, I sent an email, I cancelled payment to them, and I wrote a terrible review on this site, they then got in touch. After speaking with them I found out that this is a family run company and the sizes of the items I had ordered were sold out and no one had reached out to tell me yet, so it was a complete cluster *** Once I understood what was going on they got me my Pj's in a matter of days and they are wonderful!

This company honestly has the best quality & selection of adult onsie Pj's!!

The cost of shipping is the Only downfall.I HIGHLY recommend this company now, but be aware the customer service contact phone number is NOT in working order. Contact Jumpin jammerz through email.

The phone number that you gave me through the link is the same one that I used and it is disconnected and then I started pressing prompts and it went to an insurance agency. That phone number is definitely not for jumpin jammerz So frustrated!!

Be careful when you try to call the customer service number that is associated with this company. It is no longer in service and they rely on email only. This was a surprise to me and I was afraid i was being scammed. Come to find out they are a family owned business and they reached out to me personally and took care of my order as well as threw in an extra pair of pajamas for the misunderstanding and length of time we did for delivery. Really great guys and their pajamas are the best!

Placed order 3 weeks ago, never arrived, no updates

Quick to take our money but no updates sent regarding orders that were shipped, it's been 3 weeks, I've paid nearly $200 and no items have arrived. Emailed a few times, and no one answered. Horrible customer service. Will demand a refund from PayPal.

Jumpin Jammerz - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Ordered a size Medium onesie on September 14th, 3 weeks later it arrives and upon opening is a size Large. I contacted them and was asked to email one of their customer services team Tom with pictures of the packaging and the onesie label, I felt this was a bit strange and they were making me out to be a liar but I took the pictures and sent them to Tom.

48 hours passed and no response, luckily I paid with PayPal so I opened a case and surprise, surprise I get a response from Tom saying he can't deal with me and I need to close the case to proceed. I advised Tom that's not how this issue would be resolved and I'd only close the case when I had the correct item. 9th October Tom agrees to send the correct size and uplift the incorrect sized item, I agree to this but I don't hear anything again so on 18th October I emailed asking for an update and just like at the start of my complaint, no response. I've left it another 5 days and have now escalated the issue further with PayPal who have asked me to return the item and receive a full refund but want me to pay for the return to Arizona (from the UK) using tracked delivery.

I will contact PayPal to request Jumpinjammerz pay the postage back as it's their mistake they sent the wrong size and tracked delivery from the UK will probably be more than the item itself.

Take it from my experience, just avoid them. I'm not sure how they're still running a company based on the level of customer service.

My order number is 17436. I ordered 2 onesies on the 10th of October - it is now the 31st- I received no tracking information on my items, no items arrived and when trying to get information via email (5 emails over a number of weeks) I reveived no response. When I then tried to contact about where my items were via phone I was put through to an adult hotline instead and sent an email registering me as ‘a pissed consumer’ and giving me the username ‘untimely neanderthal’. My order has been cancelled and I have yet to receive a refund. Please respond to the message my husband and I have left on PayPal as they are now dealing with this matter.

Customer service is horrible! I purchased jamerz for my sister in law who lives in another state. She followed all the rules for an exchange which they accepted, then lost the exchange. After waiting a month for the replacement I emailed them asking what happened, they told me it was being sent out right away. It was... only problem was they sent the replacement to me instead of her. She lives on the east coast and im on the west coast. So I complained and their response was “you should have told us sooner” told u what!? She filled out the RMA and included her address! How does that get messed up?! So their response was for me to forward it myself! Wow!! I will never order from this company again!
