Customer service is horrible!I purchased jamerz for my sister in law who lives in another state.
She followed all the rules for an exchange which they accepted, then lost the exchange. After waiting a month for the replacement I emailed them asking what happened, they told me it was being sent out right away. It was... only problem was they sent the replacement to me instead of her.
She lives on the east coast and im on the west coast. So I complained and their response was “you should have told us sooner” told u what!? She filled out the RMA and included her address! How does that get messed up?!
So their response was for me to forward it myself!
Wow!!I will never order from this company again!
